This was a self-initiated project I created as part of a job application to Edgard & Cooper, a brand I admire for its playful personality and commitment to doing good. It wasn’t a required task, but I wanted to go the extra mile to show how I think creatively about the customer experience.

The concept imagined small illustrated postcards slipped inside dry food packaging, written from the pet’s point of view. Each card thanked the customer for caring for their furry companion, turning a routine moment into something more joyful, personal, and unexpected.

Visually, the postcards followed Edgard & Cooper’s existing identity. I leaned into their bold colours, friendly typography, and expressive illustrations to make sure everything felt brand-right and production-friendly.

I designed this as a low-cost insert that could quietly elevate the unboxing experience while staying true to the brand’s voice and values.
